So, what's a glaver anyway?

Before we get to that, a little history. I registered the tmk.com domain waaaay back in 1995 and had been using it for my personal web pages ever since. Quite some time ago, domain names became a fungible commodity and I started to receive inquiries about selling tmk.com. Most of these offers were ridiculously low (a few thousand dollars) and I would reply with a "Sorry, not for sale" canned message. This continued until late October 2015, where I got a reasonable offer"out of the blue". After some negotiation, I agreed to sell tmk.com for a bit more than the original offer.
